Is this UPL safe?
Yes — GoodFit performs intake triage, not legal advice. The widget collects facts, scores fit, and either schedules or politely declines. Every output is reviewed by you before it goes out. Disclaimers ship default-on.
Which practice areas are supported?
All state-court general practice, family law, criminal defense, and small-business at launch. Each area ships with calibrated question sets and budget brackets. Adding immigration and estate planning next quarter.
How accurate is the conflict-check?
Fuzzy-match on names + opposing parties with a configurable strictness threshold; manual review queue for any borderline match. 99.2% accuracy on our test data of 4,200 prior matters. Your list stays locally encrypted.
Can I cancel any time?
Any time, no contract. CSV export of every intake, every decline, and every conflict-flag stays available for 90 days after you leave. Then it’s deleted on schedule — we don’t keep your client data.
